Not extended for bookings made on special offers, giftvouchers, online offers, online bookings, 3rd party bookings, credit card offers, Diamond Club offers etc

Applicable only on the published rack rates for Sri Lankan Hotels

Redemptions applicable on the total bill

50% advance payment (from the amount after the voucher redemption) is required prior to arrival for bookings made for Sri Lankan Hotelsif the hotel occupancyis high or during peak periods

Vouchers can be redeemed only on overnight stays

Rooms are subject to availability

Prior bookings should be made by visiting Aitken Spence Hotel Management (Pvt) Ltd head office at the 5th floor, 315, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 or by calling on +94 112 308 408 or by e mailing on trinisha@aitkenspence.lk

A copy of the credit card & the NIC or passport should be submitted to the Hotel upon arrival for verification purposes

Original redemption vouchers should be submitted to the Aitken Spence Hotel Management (Pvt) Ltd head office prior to arrival or to the Hotel as the case may be

The Cardmember should be present at the Hotel throughout the stay

Name changes will not be accepted once the booking is made

Only vouchers issued under one Cardmember’s name could be redeemed under one room

Vouchers cannot be redeemed against corporate bookings, day outings etc.
