- These General Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made personally using the worldwide Aitken Spence Hotels Web Site hotel reservation system. Up to five rooms may be reserved online. Reservations of more than five rooms may be made by sending a request to our reservations department. Reservations are binding, once the details have been confirmed.
