    • The offer will be valid only for the finalized bank credit card holders during the period of the offer.
    • The discounted rate is only applicable for bookings made between the dates of the offer.
    • Reservations to be made by visiting the Aitken Spence Hotels website (Booking link to be confirmed) or by calling 011 2308408 on weekdays during office hours.
    • Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    • An advance payment of 50% must be made to secure the booking.
    • Full payment to be settled with the applicable credit card.
    • The advance payment is non-refundable.
    • Discount is applicable for base room categories only. For higher room categories relevant supplement(s) will be added to be fully borne by the customer.
    • Discount is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
    • Offer is applicable only for Sri Lankans and resident visa holders only.
    • Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid. If Cardholder is not present, full payment excluding bank discount will have to be made at check-in.
    • Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes.
    • Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check in or check out.
    • Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
    • For cancellations, the advance payment is non-refundable.
    • For amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances (at the discretion of Management and date availability) during the same period, the same discount will be applied.
    • The discount will not be applicable for changes made for future bookings outside the promotional period.
      Please note the offer is not applicable for:
    • corporate outings and day outings
    • gift vouchers
    • pre-confirmed bookings
    • to be combined with other offers
    • reservations made through any other platforms, online or offline.
    • General terms and conditions of Aitken Spence Hotel Managements (Pvt) Ltd and the Bank will apply.
