We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them. We ensure we know as much as information of browsers of our website to facilitate the needs and taste of the majority of the users.

If you write to us, we maintain all past records of such emails, text messages, chat history etc. these records will be held on our records for over 3 years or shorter depending on the need and usability of such records.
Earl’s court processes personal information on our servers in many countries around the world as mirror servers. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live.

We all have different privacy concerns. As an organization we respect and value each and every one of them. Therefore
You will be able to review and/or control some of the information you entered in to our system after sometime.
You may edit certain information on our servers. However Earl’s Court may restrict some activities due to concerns related to IT security.
You may also write to our administrator of any information which needs changes, control or even deletion. We will process this as a back office activity and may cross check your identity to maintain high information security.

If you are not too sure of what you are sharing, please do not expose them. Most of the information you share is not publicly available from our system or servers. But may be available through 3rd party social websites.
