- Offer is only valid for bookings made before 30th June and stays between 1st July to 31st July
- This offer is only applicable for non Sri Lanka residents
- Discount is not applicable for extras consumed at the property
- The promotion will not be valid if referred to at the time of check in or check out
- Cancellation are allowed for requests made three (3) day prior to arrival
- 100% reservation amount will be charged in the event of no-show, and for cancellations made out of the standard cancellation policy
- Amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances is solely at the discretion of Management of Aitken Spence Hotel (Pvt) Ltd
- Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
