Check-in is from 02:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. You can also request for early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability.

• Cancellations received with 8 days or more notice, will be refunded in full less any bank charges. (If any)
• Cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Children of all ages are warmly welcome at the property. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly note that the supervision and well-being of children remain the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian throughout their stay.

• Children from age below 6.99 years sharing their parents’ bed will not be charged for meals & room.
• Children from age of 7 –11 years sharing the parents’ bed will be charged half of the meal rates. However, the charge for meal rates will depend on the meal plan required.
• Children from age of 12 & above considered as an adult hence the adult rates will be applied accordingly.
• Any individual who will require an extra bed will be charged USD 15 per person per night.
